Delete your Bolo account

You can permanently delete your Bolo account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Bolo and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

By request

If you cannot use the app, email us from the address on your account at delete-account@learnwithbolo.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, and sooner where required by law.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile: name, email, avatar, and learning preferences.
• Your progress: XP, streaks, hearts, and completed lessons.
• Your sign-in identity.

This cannot be undone. Deletion is immediate for the in-app flow. Backups and logs that may briefly retain data are purged on our normal rotation.
